Meet Ben
Director & Exercise Physiologist

Born and raised in Busselton, I’m passionate about supporting my local community through my work as an Exercise Physiologist. Alongside my clinical role, I previously worked as an Education Advisor with the University Department of Rural Health, where I helped build student placement opportunities across the South West and support the development of future rural health professionals.
I graduated from Curtin University in 2020 with a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and have since developed over 5 years of clinical experience in the workers compensation system, supporting people with musculoskeletal injuries to recover and return to work safely and confidently.
I started Geobay Exercise Rehabilitation to provide a team-first approach to injury recovery and return to work. Our focus is on combining clinical expertise with a strong understanding of each worker’s physical job demands, while maintaining clear communication with the injured worker, employer, doctor and broader health team to support seamless and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Meet Steph
Senior Exercise Physiologist

With over 12 years of experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I have worked across workers’ compensation, private practice, and disability services, supporting individuals with a broad range of health conditions and rehabilitation needs. Throughout my career, I have assisted people recovering from workplace injuries, managing persistent pain, and navigating complex physical and psychological health conditions.
I am passionate about helping people regain confidence in their bodies, improve their physical capacity, and return to meaningful work and everyday activities. My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on creating realistic rehabilitation plans that fit each person’s goals and lifestyle.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking local trails, and making the most of the beautiful beaches in the South West.
Meet Anthony (Tony)
Senior Exercise Physiologist

Now based in Bunbury after relocating from Perth, I’ve always had a strong connection to movement, health, and performance. Growing up, I played Aussie rules and basketball competitively, shaping my understanding of the demands of sport, injury, and recovery.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I’ve gained broad rehabilitation experience across workers compensation, NDIS, DVA, chronic disease management, and aged care, with roles spanning clinical practice, senior leadership, and allied health service management.
More recently, I worked nationally on an employment services assessment panel, travelling across regional and remote WA and gaining valuable insight into the barriers people face in accessing care and returning to meaningful work.
I now focus on practical, outcomes-driven rehabilitation, particularly within workers compensation. My approach is evidence-based, realistic, goal-oriented, and tailored to each person’s capacity, helping them return to work, improve function, and build long-term resilience.
Outside of work, you’ll find me playing footy or spending time with my partner and young son.
